Homeowner Relations Manager

James White brings more than 14 years of travel and hospitality experience to his role as homeowner relations manager at OUTRIGGER Honua Kai Resort & Spa. His background includes positions with The Westin, The Ritz-Carlton, Coldwell Banker and other hospitality-focused organizations. Since joining the resort nearly a year and a half ago, James has focused on building trusted relationships with homeowners, understanding their goals and ensuring their residences are cared for to the highest standards. A Maui resident for seven years, he enjoys building custom computers, exploring new technology, staying active and seeking out the island’s best breakfast burritos.

What he values most: Earning homeowners’ trust and helping bring their vision for their residences to life.

Homeowner Relations Coordinator

Raised in Lahaina, Rowena Felice brings deep Maui roots and more than 15 years of experience with OUTRIGGER to her role as homeowner relations coordinator. Her career has taken her from San Francisco, where she helped launch a timeshare company, to the Northern Mariana Islands, where she worked as a wine purveyor before returning home to Maui. Rowena joined OUTRIGGER in 2010 at The Kapalua Villas Maui and later transitioned to OUTRIGGER Honua Kai Resort & Spa to expand her experience in homeowner relations. A proud Lahainaluna High School graduate and mother of three, she values family, community and sharing her lifelong connection to Maui.

What she values most: Supporting homeowners with genuine care while sharing her love and knowledge of Maui.

Homeowner Relations Coordinator

Born and raised on Maui, Punahele DeCosta brings five years of account management and client service experience to her role as homeowner relations coordinator at OUTRIGGER Honua Kai Resort & Spa. Her professional background spans hospitality and health care, giving her a strong foundation in personalized service, attentive care and relationship building. Approaching her first anniversary with OUTRIGGER, Punahele takes pride in supporting homeowners and guests while developing trusted connections with local businesses. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening with native plants and seasonal foods, along with hosting themed dinners and holiday gatherings for family, friends and members of her community.
