Check-In and Unit Access Information: Guest check-in at Royal Seal Cliff by OUTRIGGER located at 75-6040 Ali'i Drive, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740.  Front desk hours are from 7 am-11 pm.  Arrivals after 11 pm must contact the office prior to arrival at [email protected] or 808-322-7222 to recieve important check-in instructions.  Office is open daily from 9 am - 5 pm. 

Check-in time is at 3 pm and check-out time is at 11 am.
